Advice on attending for an urgent dental appointment
To reduce the risk to yourself and others, please follow the instructions below
Please do not touch any door handles or shake hands – someone will open the door for you
You will be asked to wear a surgical mask on your way in which we will provide and also use hand gel to rub on your hands
We will only be accepting payment by contactless card payments
A member of staff will take your temperature when you arrive as this practice is a covid cold site and patients with covid symptoms will be directed to other sites
Please make sure you use the toilet before you attend as we will not be able to provide the facility at the practice
If an interpreter is required, you must book this prior to your appointment. Please email or call us to advise which language you require.
Please attend alone if possible
We will be prioritising vulnerable patients and dental emergencies but will soon be available for routine examinations.
Please call our practice in the morning to book your emergency. We will have limited availability if you call in the afternoon. To comply with infection control requirements during this difficult time, we have limited appointments available due to extended appointment times. Please be patient with us in providing you with a safe service.

The Smile Clinic Elite is a sister service of The Smile Clinic, available to patients considering cosmetic options ranging from cosmetic adhesive tooth coloured fillings to a complete smile make-over and tooth whitening. Your complimentary consultation with our treatment coordinator provides you with a basic understanding of your available options and an overview of the advantages and disadvantages to each of these options.
Following your initial consultation, your smile assessment is booked with the dentist for a detailed examination.
Clients of The Smile Clinic Elite :
Can book reserved appointment times so can be accommodated within days
Pay no membership fee but Elite services are not available for NHS treatments & services;
NHS Patients will have the option to elect for a course of treatment provided by The Smile Clinic Elite but the specific care, supervision and maintenance from Elite will only be available in full for private treatments;
Patients of Elite are advised to email any concerns and queries to [email protected] so that these can be forwarded to the dentist for prompt attention and advice
Examination and polish £45 (includes periodontal, dental and soft tissues screening)
Smile / orthodontic Assessment £70 (includes clinical assessment, Photographs, study models, X-rays, consultation with the dentist and treatment co-ordinator)
